US IMMIGRATION: new USCIS fees

New fees for certain USCIS forms.

Fees for some USCIS forms changed in April Fees for certain USCIS forms changed on April 30-th, 2004. All applications or petitions filed or postmarked April 30, 2004 or later, must be accompanied by the new fee. Where instructed by USCIS, you must pay a $70 biometric fingerprints fee for electronic capturing of fingerprints, in addition to the filing fee.
Please note that while some fees for USCIS forms have changed, the forms may still show the old fee.

I-102 Application for replacement of initial non-immigrant arrival/departure record. $155
I-129 Petition for a non-immigrant worker. $185
I-129F Petition for Alien fiance. See fiance visa $165
I-130 Petition for Alien relative. $185
I-485 Application to register permanent residence or to adjust status. $315
I-751 Petition to remove the conditions on residence. See conditional green card $200
N-400 Application for naturalization. $320
N-600 Application for certification of US citizenship. $240
N-565 Application for replacement of naturalization citizenship document. $210
